We are looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join our East Finchley Nursery. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-quality early years provider, offering a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and grow.

Your Role
- Plan and deliver activities that meet children’s developmental needs
- Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
- Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children’s development
- Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships
- Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies
About You
- Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
- A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
