The Learning Experience UK is seeking a Nursery Manager for our East Finchley nursery to lead a dedicated team, ensure outstanding EYFS standards, safeguarding, and Ofsted readiness, and to drive high quality learning experiences for children.
You will manage nursery operations, staffing, ratios and rotas; grow occupancy and parent satisfaction; and develop your team through coaching and performance management.
