The predicted salary is between 26550 - 32450 £ per year.

Salary: Up to £30,000 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Your Role

  • Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of the room’s curriculum in line with EYFS principles and the setting’s curriculum intent
  • Ensure a clear progression of learning, building knowledge and confidence in the curriculum with the team.
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
  • Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children’s development
  • Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships
  • Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
  • A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
