We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to join us on an incredible journey as we build our new home in London, and lay the foundations for future expansion across the world.
Purpose of the Role
The Marketing and Social Media Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing activity across Phantom Peak London with particular responsibility for managing and growing Phantom Peak’s social media channels and community as well as ensuring campaigns, content, and communications are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
They will be the advocate for Phantom Peak London across the group.
Working within the strategy set by the Head of Marketing this role is accountable for delivering marketing activity that drives ticket sales, revenue, and measurable audience growth against defined targets.
The Marketing and Social Media Manager will act as the key marketing contact for the live experience of Phantom Peak London, coordinating with teams across the whole group including marketing, ticketing, creative studio and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day to day marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and website channels
- Brief more complex creative requirements into the Creative Studio
- Manage website updates, social scheduling, and email campaigns
- Ensure all activity aligns with agreed brand, tone, and campaign direction
- Agency & Partner Management
- Manage day to day relationships with digital, PR, and marketing agencies
- Coordinate briefs, timelines, and deliverables with external partners
- Monitor performance and escalate issues or opportunities where required
- Monitor and evaluate external agencies
- Social Media & Community Management
- Own the day to day management of Phantom Peak’s social media and community channels channels (eg Tik Tok & Discord)
- Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, scheduling and publishing content across agreed platforms
- Work within the Creative Studio, which will produce core creative assets and content
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages and audience interactions in Phantom Peak’s tone of voice
- Proactively engage with the Phantom Peak community and identify opportunities for timely and reactive content
- Monitor social performance, audience growth and engagement, using insights to continually improve activity
- Support paid social activity and coordinate with external partners where required
- Commercial Performance & Delivery
- Deliver marketing activity that drives ticket sales, revenue, and occupancy
- Work within defined targets and benchmarks for campaign performance and conversion
- Adjust campaigns and activity in response to trading performance and real time data
- Ensure marketing supports pricing, availability, and yield strategies
- Take ownership of delivering results, not just executing activity
- Marketing Operations & Reporting
- Provide actionable reporting on campaign performance, ticket sales, conversion, and audience engagement
- Maintain campaign plans, calendars, and marketing documentation
- Track and manage day to day marketing spend and budget administration for Phantom Peak
- Collaboration with Ticketing & Operations
- Ensure campaigns reflect real time trading conditions
- Support optimisation of booking journeys and conversion
- Work with the on-site venue operations team to identify opportunities to support in-venue spend per head
- Work cross functionally to ensure alignment across marketing, operations, and customer journey
- General
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and senior leadership to ensure alignment across customer journey and delivery
- Contribute to building scalable systems and processes for future growth

- Deputise for Head of Marketing where appropriate.

Person Specification
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role, within entertainment, events, leisure, or consumer-facing businesses
- Experience executing campaigns across digital, email, and social channels
- Demonstrable hands-on experience managing social media channels for a consumer-facing brand, including publishing, community management, engagement and performance reporting.
- Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of how marketing drives revenue and conversion
- Experience working with marketing data and reporting on performance
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
- Strong written communication skills, including copywriting for email, social, and campaigns
- Experience working with agencies or external partners
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery focused environment
- Familiarity with CRM/email platforms (e. g. Klaviyo)
- Basic design or video editing capability (e. g. Canva, Adobe, Cap Cut)
- Understanding of booking systems or conversion optimisation
- Experience supporting or improving marketing processes and systems
