We are seeking a talented and passionate head chef to lead and develop our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gastropub food and a proven track record of managing a high performance kitchen.
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage food inventory and costs, ensuring efficient and profitable kitchen operations.
- Lead, train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar high-volume, high quality establishment.
Passion for using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
