The Role:
Emersons Green Primary School are seeking dedicated and reliable Lunchbreak Supervisors to join their hard-working and supportive staff team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety, welfare, and positive behaviour of pupils during the lunchtime period.
The successful candidate will:
- Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and possess a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills while also capable of using initiative.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Maintain warmth, care, and full commitment to children's safety and wellbeing.
- Consistently maintain a calm approach in interactions with children.
- Support the school's approach to outdoor play, embracing our 'whatever the weather' ethos.
- Act as a vital link between children, lunchbreak staff, and other school staff.
- Be willing to fully participate in training and professional development.
