We're working on behalf of a rapidly scaling AI insurtech that’s redefining how insurers make underwriting and portfolio decisions. Backed by top-tier investors behind Salesforce, Zoom, Box, and Veeva, they have built the only AI-native platform that spans the full insurance policy lifecycle - helping carriers prioritise the right risks, move faster, and drive better outcomes in an increasingly complex market (climate, cyber, social inflation and more).
They’re now looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria).
The role
- You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle - from outbound prospecting through to close - selling into large insurers, mutuals and MGAs.
- This is a true enterprise “hunter” role.
- You’ll be expected to build your own pipeline, navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments, and close high-value deals with long sales cycles (6–12+ months).
- You’ll be working closely with senior stakeholders (C-suite through to underwriting teams), running a consultative, value-led sales process and positioning a genuinely differentiated AI platform.
What they’re looking for
- 3–10 years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of owning and closing complex, multi-threaded deals
- Experience selling into insurance (P&C or specialty strongly preferred)
- Strong pipeline generation skills - not reliant on inbound or handovers
- Experience with SFDC, Google Workspace, and sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, LI Sales Nav, Gong, etc.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders (C-suite, VP, Director level)
- Experience with structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC/MEDDPICC Challenger, etc.)
- Base knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how to position them commercially
- Experience in high-growth or early-stage SaaS environments
- German language skills Essential
What’s on offer
- Competitive base + uncapped commission
- Equity in a high-growth, well-funded business
- Opportunity to sell a genuinely category-defining platform
- High-impact role in a fast-moving, ambitious team
- Exposure to top-tier enterprise clients across the insurance market
