About Us
The Leadership Collective (TLC) is a global leadership and talent partner supporting businesses as they scale into new regions, build offshore/onshore teams, and navigate international expansion. With the incoming launch of our new Global Growth & Solutions offering, we are expanding our commercial team to increase outreach, create conversations, and build new business opportunities with high‑growth organisations.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive Sales Associate who understands people operations, recruitment, or global workforce solutions and is confident in driving outreach and prospecting. Your focus will be to open doors, create interest, and secure high‑quality meetings for our specialist team who deliver international hiring, expansion advisory, and leadership community support.
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and social channels
- Identify and target organisations expanding internationally or exploring GCC/offshore talent models
- Book qualified commercial meetings for our senior consultants and leadership team
- Maintain structured CRM tracking and follow‑up workflows
- Conduct market research on industries and companies entering new regions
- Support messaging, campaigns, and launch activities for our Global Growth Solutions product
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, BPO, sales, or global workforce solutions
- Strong communication and phone skills; comfortable leading outreach
- A commercially minded individual who enjoys building new relationships
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, scaling business
