This busy 4 star resort style hotel and spa with 100 bedrooms and a small number of apartments has an opportunity for an experienced individual to take charge of its busy housekeeping department.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to take full ownership of the resort's housekeeping operation. You will support the Housekeeping Manager and crew to deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across the resort.
This is a pivotal role for a leader who takes pride in creating an environment of excellence, where every guest feels cared for and every detail is thoughtfully considered.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, spa facilities, and health club.
- Lead and manage a dedicated team of 14 housekeeping crew members, including supervisors and room attendants.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, standards, and procedures tailored to each area of the resort.
- Conduct daily inspections and quality audits to ensure flawless presentation and hygiene.
- Work in close partnership with the Maintenance team to coordinate timely repairs and refurbishments.
