This high end and centrally located private members has 45 bedrooms, bar, restaurant and event space. A dynamic leader is required to manage all day to day operational activities of the club which involves taking responsibilty for Food and Beverage, Front Office and Reservations, Housekeeping and Private Events and Functions. You will be a highly organised and dynamic individual, self-motivated, and empathic leader with a passion for delivering outstanding service and developing a very capable operational team. You will possess a career background gained in upmarket, boutique style hotel/club establishments which encompasses both food and beverage and accommodation management experience.
