Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, person-centred care to young people, supporting their emotional and behavioural needs.
- Guide and mentor support workers, setting a positive example to uphold high care standards.

- Work closely with the Registered Manager to deliver tailored, therapeutic care.

About You
- At least 12 months' experience in the care sector, within a children's residential setting.
- A caring, adaptable, and resilient nature with a passion for helping young people thrive.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards).
- Experience in a senior or mentoring role in a care setting.
