Salary: £165–£210 per day dependent on experience

Leader Education is looking for an English Teacher to work in a fantastic Secondary School in the Leeds area. The role is full‑time and requires teaching GCSE, BTEC and A-Levels. Responsibilities include marking, planning, assessing, attending staff and parent evenings and ensuring students are taught to national curriculum standards and prepared for GCSE exams and coursework. You will work with a range of ability groups and must adapt your teaching style to meet diverse learning needs. The position starts immediately.

Qualifications:

  • Teaching qualification and QTS required.
  • ECTs considered if you have a strong background in English.
  • Specialise in English language and literature and capable of teaching up to A‑Level.
