To ensure that we provide the highest level of service to our clients, we\\u2019re on the lookout for either experienced sales professionals that are keen to work in a fast-paced environment, or those looking to set out in a successful career within sales. As part of this, we provide a lucrative package that rewards both your dedication, skill, and growth. The remuneration for this role is both a paid salary, and the opportunity to earn a significant monthly bonus of £500+ each month.

About the Telemarketing Role

As a professional B2B Telemarketer, you shall be responsible for working closely with our clients in developing their sales pipeline, building their databases with qualified contacts and contact information and ultimately engaging prospects in peer-to-peer conversations, with open dialogue to generate high-quality sales appointments and leads.

Opportunities to Progress

The opportunities to progress your career within The Lead Gen Specialists are in your hands! We\\u2019re continually on the lookout for bright talent to continue taking our business forward. This can be in the form of either Account Management (£40k+ per annum & 12 months internal experience) where you shall be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and obtaining the best from your own Telemarketing team, in addition to working closely with a range of client campaigns that you shall be responsible for taking the brief, implementing, and managing daily. Alternatively, Business Development (£50k+ per annum & 18 months internal experience) where you shall be responsible for working with prospective clients to understand their growth objectives, and win their business against the competition.
