Online Marketing Manager – PPC & Social Media – £35,000 – £45,000 DOE + Significant Bonus Scheme | Hybrid Role

We’re now looking for an additional Online Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Milford on Sea.

This is a hybrid role, working in the office in Milford on Sea on Monday and Tuesday (9am–5pm), with flexibility to work from home Wednesday to Friday (9am–5pm).

About the Role

You’ll take the lead in managing and optimising multiple PPC and paid social campaigns across a range of industries. From planning and launch through to daily performance monitoring and reporting, you’ll be hands‑on, results‑driven, and able to juggle several high‑performing campaigns proactively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns (primarily Google & Bing Ads)
  • Support our latest AI‑assisted campaign optimisation processes
  • Build and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting
  • Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to improve ROI
  • Report on campaign performance, providing clear and actionable insights
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web teams to drive performance
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in PPC campaign management
  • Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and other paid social platforms
  • Proven ability to manage and optimise multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using data tools such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent copywriting skills and strong attention to detail
  • A self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in lead generation
  • Familiarity with landing page testing and CRO
  • Knowledge of tracking setups (e.g. GA4, GTM, conversion APIs)
