Job Title: MS Dynamics CRM Developer (Permanent)
Main purpose of job: Design, develop & maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM system

The Role
The CRM Developer will be responsible for administering, troubleshooting, customising, and delivering business updates into the business systems with a primary focus on Dynamics CRM and associated add-ons including our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) within a high performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders and IT Engineering to find technical solutions to business requirements for the CRM systems
- Continually improve and refine existing solutions as well as propose innovative solutions in response to business needs or improvement opportunities
- Customise D365 CRM solution
- Automating business workflow processes to align with CRM Roadmap
- Develop relevant project documentation including functional and technical design
- Integrate Application Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS
- Strong knowledge of CRM plugins & workflows
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the CRM system, addressing any issues or bugs in a timely manner
Key Impact Measures
- Documentation of existing CRM processes as the basis for Dynamics 365 CRM improvement
- Creation of Solution Design Documents as the basis for design approval
- Customisation & Configuration of D365
- Delivery Velocity, i.e., the number of solutions delivered on a per sprint basis
- Deliver to agreed timescales, or to highlight issues as soon as they arise if likely to affect those timescales
- Improvements of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions into key business areas
- Identification of and introduction of best practice improvements
- Quality of deliverables versus defined development standards
Important Technical Skills
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts and architecture
- Knowledge of languages such as XML, SQL, JavaScript, Python, .NET, and C#
- Demonstrable knowledge of data technologies used by Dynamics 365, including Dataverse, Virtual Tables, Azure SQL, and Dual-Write technologies
- Experience with delivering projects using Agile
- Developing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including customisations extensions, and integrations
- Strong analytical skills
