Overview

Corporate Associate (3-6 PQE) – Cayman Islands. This major offshore firm’s corporate and commercial team specialises in equity related issues, advising primarily on complex cross-border transactions for a large book of blue chip international clients. They regularly advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, general commercial issues and a full range of investment fund based work.

Responsibilities

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructures, general commercial issues and investment fund work.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-6 PQE in corporate and related fields.
• Experience with cross-border corporate work and handling complex transactions.
• Top-tier experience is preferred; candidates from top-tier firms in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and Dublin (if dual qualified) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Offer & Details

• Salary up to $220K++ (0% tax) plus full relocation/benefits package.
