We're working with an innovative technology business operating at the forefront of AI, defence and security.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside an experienced General Counsel, supporting a growing international organisation on a broad range of commercial legal matters.

The role will run till the end of the year initially.

This is a fully remote role with the opportunity for fully funded international travel, including visits to France and the Middle East where required.

The Role

  • Advising on day-to-day commercial legal matters across the business.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs and customer and supplier agreements.
  • Providing pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting contract management processes and the wider legal function.
  • Assisting with export control and trade licence matters.
  • Supporting wider legal, compliance and governance projects as required.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with

1–3 years' PQE .

  • Strong commercial contracts experience gained either in-house or within private practice.
  • Able to work independently and manage a varied workload with minimal supervision.
  • Commercially minded with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • A genuine interest in AI, technology and innovation.
