The firm pride themselves on their strong client relationships and collaborative working environment. The team of experts work across a wide range of legal disciplines.
As an Employment Solicitor, you’ll work closely with the Senior Solicitor, taking ownership of a varied and interesting caseload, and delivering exceptional legal advice to our clients. You will have previous experience in managing an employment law caseload and will be responsible for:
Caseload includes
- Contracts of employment
- Discrimination claims
- Disciplinary and grievance issues
- Settlement agreements
- TUPE guidance
- Unfair dismissal claims
- Employment Tribunals
- Reorganisations and redundancies
