We are seeking an experienced Workplace Services Manager to lead the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of core workplace operations for this London based Law Firm. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational oversight, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to manage multiple service lines, suppliers, and projects.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in facilities, Health & Safety and workplace services leadership, with the confidence to drive high standards and support business-critical initiatives including transformation projects and workplace enhancements.

Key experience required:

  • Proven experience in workplace, facilities, health & safety within the legal industry is required.
  • Strong track record managing both in-house teams and outsourced service providers.
  • Experience overseeing services such as mailroom, reprographics, records management, and floor support.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships, contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Solid knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and business continuity (IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting workplace projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and identifying service improvements.
