We are working with an international based law firm in the city who are looking for a private equity paralegal to join their secondaries team on a permanent basis. You will have the opportunity to work alongside partners and associates working on precedents, legal research and responding to tenders.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing documentation
- Assisting with onboarding processes
- Supporting the due diligence process
- Maintaining transaction trackers to provide regular updates
- Preparing signing packs for completion
Key Requirements
- A minimum of a 2.1 or equivalent at degree level
- Ideally have completed the LPC
- It is essential you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with corporate/private equity in a similar setting
