We're working with one of the UK's leading sports and entertainment businesses to recruit a

Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team in London.

You'll work directly alongside the General Counsel, advising across a broad range of commercial matters while supporting one of the UK's most recognisable leisure and media organisations.

You'll be involved in

  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
  • Media rights, licensing and distribution contracts
  • Advising on sponsorship, technology and commercial partnerships
  • Supporting bookmaker and betting industry relationships in the UK and internationally
  • Real estate, NDAs and general commercial matters
  • Providing legal support to racecourses, events and venues across the business

We're looking for

  • Strong commercial contracts experience gained in private practice or in-house
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • A commercially minded lawyer who enjoys working closely with the business
  • Experience in media, technology, IP or licensing would be advantageous but isn't essential
