We are working with an international law firm who are looking for a Senior BD Manager to join them on a permanent basis. You will have overall responsibility for Business and Client Development for both the firms’ market leading Insurance practice and the firmwide Insurance sector. Given their international presence, you will be working closely with the Head of International BD and key stakeholders to further develop their international insurance associations.
Key responsibilities:
- Key account/client management
- Ensuring the Partners are fully engaged with the Insurance sector
- Lead the business planning and budgeting as required
- Keeping up to date on market trends
- Team management – you will be managing 5 direct reports
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ plus in marketing and business development, within a similar setting
- Experience working within Insurance, ideally disputes and claims
- It is highly advantageous if you have previous client account management and have managed a small team
