We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Recruitment Advisor. This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for working with the Recruitment Manager to assist with the end-to-end recruitment process of business support roles.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintaining relationships with external agencies and supporting best practices.
- Promoting sourcing strategies such as advertising and referrals.
- Using a range of headhunting tools to source and screen candidates.
- Ensuring applicant tracking systems are regularly updated.
- Organising and leading briefings and producing reports for active and ongoing roles.
- Collaborating with wider teams to coordinate interview scheduling and smooth onboarding.
- Sharing best practices and mentoring colleagues.
- Collecting and acting on feedback from candidates and shareholders.
- Taking a proactive approach to problem solving and challenging conversations.
The firm are offering a competitive salary & benefits package, and hybrid working arrangements are in place. Suitable candidates will have gained prior recruitment experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services and/or agency environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with exemplary attention to detail, communication, relationship building and organisation skills. Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems is highly desired.
