An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a leading city-based law firm on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of high-volume property sales, handling both shared ownership and outright sales. Key Responsibilities: Managing all aspects of post-completion work, including dealing with requisitions. Assisting with staircasing matters and residential acquisitions/disposals. Liaising with clients and maintaining excellent client relationships. Requirements: A law degree or equivalent qualification.
