Our client, a leading global law firm, are seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their largest practice group in the London office. This role will have a fee-earner allocation of around seven and will include two Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Support lawyers in marketing and business development activities, maintain CRM data, assist with client events, and handle general client queries.
- Financial Administration: Ensure accurate time recording, assist in billing and credit control, manage disbursements, and handle financial reports.
- General Administration: Manage diaries, arrange meetings and travel, handle document production, and ensure effective communication within the team.
- Team Collaboration: Provide proactive support to colleagues, cover for absences, and work effectively with other departments.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a law firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication, organisational, and team skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility in working hours and a proactive approach to tasks.
