An elite international law firm is seeking a Funds Paralegal to join its highly regarded team in London. This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience in complex, cross-border investment fund matters while working closely with high-profile clients in the financial services sector. This role will be offered as an initial 12 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities:- Draft and process amendments to fund agreements and related legal documents
- Review and manage subscription agreements and investor data
- Maintain trackers and checklists to monitor investor activity and deadlines
- Prepare closing sets and assist in legal opinion processes
- Handle daily client correspondence and document flow
- Perform legal research and market/company analysis
- Work with Excel to calculate investment amounts and manage numerical data
- Proofread and quality-check legal documentation
- Minimum 1 year of funds experience within a law firm
- Degree-qualified (2:1 or above or equivalent); GDL required if degree is non-legal
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a proactive mindset
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to handle high email volumes and multitask effectively
