We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm. Our client is seeking to hire a paralegal on an initial six-month contract basis within their high-performing Funds group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, proactive paralegal to enjoy a fully involved paralegal position, ensuring excellent development.
Reporting directly into Funds Partners, the successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Transaction management
- Liaising with clients and local counsel
- Conducting research
- Preparing bibles
- Reporting on completed transactions
- Assisting with development of knowhow materials
- Attending practice group meetings
Suitable applicants will have a strong academic background, and/or have gained prior professional experience. A competitive salary will be offered.
