An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially minded Associate to join a leading Real Estate & Infrastructure Finance team. This role offers exposure to a broad mix of high-value, complex transactions across:
- Structured real estate finance
- Corporate lending
- Transport and infrastructure projects
- Energy transition and decarbonisation initiatives
- Digital infrastructure (including data centres and EV platforms)
You’ll work closely with highly experienced partners, advising lenders, sponsors, funds and developers on sophisticated, market-leading deals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation
- Managing transaction processes from start to finish
- Supporting development and structured finance deals
- Working across infrastructure sectors including energy, transport and digital
- Engaging directly with clients and contributing to business development
