We\'re working with a leading UK law firm that is looking to appoint an
Events Executive to join its Marketing & Business Development team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied programme of client events, conferences, webinars, networking events and sponsorships, delivering high-quality experiences that support the firm\'s growth.
You\'ll be responsible for
- Planning and delivering in-person, virtual and hybrid events.
- Managing the firm\'s events calendar and logistics.
- Coordinating invitations, RSVPs and event communications.
- Working closely with Marketing, Business Development and key stakeholders.
- Monitoring event performance and identifying new opportunities.
You\'ll have
- 3-5 years\' experience in events, marketing or business development.
- Ideally a professional services background.
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects.
