We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Marketing Coordinator to join their London office.

Working as part of their collaborative team, the successful applicant will assist with translating objectives into marketing and development plans across all London practices.

Responsibilities will include

  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team.
  • Assisting with the creation and production of pitch decks and client materials.
  • Monitoring event inboxes and managing RSVP responses.
  • Processing invoices and tracking against budgets.
  • Maintaining the digital filing systems and drives.
  • Monitoring the inventory of practice branded goods.
  • Coordinating training session and orientation meeting scheduling and logistics.
  • Supporting with data entry.
  • Providing logistical support for practice-led events.

The firm are offering a salary up to £45,000, competitive benefits package, and hybrid working arrangements are in place.

Suitable candidates will have gained 2+ years of experience within marketing and/or business development, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered.
