We are currently working with a leading legal consultancy that is looking to recruit an Employment Lawyer to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer who is looking to work on high-quality advisory matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The successful candidate will advise a diverse client base ranging from large corporates through to fast-growth businesses across a wide range of employment law issues.

The Role:

  • Advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Supporting clients on disciplinary, grievance, discrimination, whistleblowing, and TUPE matters
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Supporting restructures, redundancies, and business change projects
  • Working closely with clients to provide pragmatic and commercially focused advice
  • Supporting corporate transactions from an employment law perspective where required

About You:

  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of employment legislation
  • Experience managing client relationships and handling matters autonomously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative and solutions-focused approach

This is a hybrid role requiring two days a week in the London office and offers real work-life balance.
