You will advise an impressive client base, including entrepreneurs, private clients, start-ups and global businesses, on a broad range of complex commercial disputes.
The role covers breach of contract disputes, shareholder and company disputes, High Court litigation and arbitration, plus client advisory, drafting and strategic case management.
