We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a Legal Cashier to join their team on a temporary basis.
Working within the London office, the successful applicant will assist with legal cashiering duties for a minimum term of 6-weeks with potential to continue beyond this.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all receipts are processed on Elite 3E in accordance with Anti Money Laundering (AML) and SAR.
- Identifying Disbursements.
- Maintaining client account ledgers.
- Identifying cash receipts related to bills and provide a list of receipts received.
- Daily reconciliation of accounts.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Reviewing and preparing expense reports.
Suitable applicants will have gained prior Cashier experience from within a law firm, have a strong understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules, have experience using 3E, take a proactive approach, and have exceptional attention to detail skills.
This is a fully involved role, offering a competitive salary and a hybrid working pattern.
