Legal Administrator – Corporate Department (Hybrid Working)
We are working with a highly successful London-based law firm that is seeking a Legal Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role sits within the Corporate department, where the successful candidate will support the group with a range of administrative tasks and help streamline internal processes.
The position is hybrid, requiring attendance at the London office three days per week, with the option to work remotely for the remaining two days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing client files
- General administrative support including photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Supporting all aspects of the billing and accounting processes
- Maintaining client records both electronically and in hard copy
- Managing systems and processes using the firm’s IT platforms, including Filesite, Aderant, and Microsoft Office
About You:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong IT skills are essential
- Highly organised with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
