You will be delivering operational excellence across all aspects of the employee life cycle along with effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Managing the new joiner and leaver process’ Supporting the People & Culture business partners which will include project work, policy updated and employment-related issues Coordinate the recruitment process Providing guidance to employees/managers/partners on policies and procedures Updating and maintaining employee information and records It is essential you have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within HR, in a similar setting and have experience using HR database software.
