Family Solicitor

A highly regarded Nelson based multi-service law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to provide expert advice and representation in all aspects of family law.

Requirements – You must have experience of handling a caseload of family matters with 2 years plus PQE

Hours – This role is full time office based (flexible working will be considered)

Salary and benefits package – Salary is depending on experience. Excellent benefits package including on-site parking, career progression opportunities, bonus scheme and profit sharing.

The Role

• You will be handling a varied caseload of family matters including child arrangements, divorce, financial settlements and TOLATA
• Building relationships with clients, providing them with advice and guidance
• Drafting legal documents
• Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes through mediation

The role will also require you to assist with the growth of the business including business development.
