We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a highly regarded Property team within a leading UK law firm. The team is Tier 1 ranked in both Chambers UK and Legal 500 and works at the forefront of the affordable housing sector, acting on significant property transactions ranging from £1m to £500m . The role Working closely with Partners and Solicitors, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of property matters, including: Reviewing Land Registry titles and documentation Undertaking title checks and property due diligence Carrying out property and Local Authority searches Assisting with pre-completion and post-completion matters Monitoring transactions and providing progress updates Supporting the team on larger and more complex transactions About you We are particularly interested in candidates who have: A 2:1 degree or above , ideally in Law, Politics, Economics or a Humanities-related subject Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines Previous property or conveyancing experience would be advantageous , although not essential This would be an excellent opportunity for a graduate or junior paralegal looking to develop a career in property law and gain high-quality experience within a leading team.
