We are partnering with a leading property management organisation in London who are looking to recruit an additional Customer Services Advisor to join their busy, friendly, and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, supporting them with a wide range of enquiries via phone and email. You will aim to resolve queries efficiently at the first point of contact while delivering a professional and positive customer experience at all times.

You will also play an important role in identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute ideas to help enhance the overall customer journey.
