An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Capital Markets paralegal to join a highly acclaimed international law firm on an initial 6 month period.
The successful candidate will support a variety of transactions, working closely with lawyers, clients, and external advisers to drive matters forward and manage critical deliverables.
Daily duties will include supporting the execution and management of a broad range of Capital Markets transactions, including debt and equity offerings, acting as a central point of coordination between legal teams, clients, counterparties, and external advisers.
You will assist with the preparation, review and management of transaction documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of deliverables.
Further responsibilities include supporting due diligence exercises, including reviewing, organising, and summarising documentation and findings.
A key aspect of the role will require you to liaise with clients, financial institutions, exchanges, regulators, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth progression of transactions.
Candidates will have completed a law degree or equivalent and will also have gone on to complete the LPC, BTC or SQE.
Qualified lawyers from any jurisdiction are also encouraged to apply.
