We are working with a leading London based firm and due to ongoing success, there is a need to hire a corporate/commercial solicitor on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will possess solid experience and knowledge of a broad range of company law and corporate matters and ideally be experienced in advising clients in any of the following areas: Start-ups Joint Ventures Mergers Acquisitions Private equity buy outs Capital markets work Banking Marketing business development/networking This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor seeking advancement to join an established and busy corporate team, with high quality work and a supportive team.
