We are currently recruiting for an exciting in-house opportunity with a highly respected international organisation seeking a Legal Contracts & Operations Paralegal to join its London-based legal team. This is an initial temporary role that will start imminently and run till the end of 2026, 2 days per week in the Canary Wharf office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded paralegal or contracts administrator looking to broaden their experience across legal operations, contract management, intellectual property, compliance, and stakeholder engagement within a collaborative global environment.
The Role
Working closely with senior legal stakeholders, you will provide support across a broad range of legal and operational activities, helping to ensure the smooth running of the legal function and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements and legal documentation from templates and precedents
- Managing contract workflows, approvals, execution processes, and renewals
- Supporting legal operations, document management, and contract databases
- Coordinating signatures via DocuSign/Adobe Sign and maintaining audit trails
- Conducting due diligence and legal research
- Supporting trade mark portfolio administration and intellectual property matters
- Assisting with legal invoices, budget tracking, and procurement-related processes
- Maintaining SharePoint, Salesforce, and matter management systems
- Driving process improvements, reporting, and operational efficiencies within the legal team
About You:
- Previous experience as an in-house paralegal or contracts administrator
- Law degree or equivalent legal background
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, DocuSign/Adobe Sign, LawVu, Lexis+, or Westlaw would be highly advantageous
- Interest in legal operations, process improvement, and technology-driven legal support is desirable
