The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.
We are working with a highly regarded city-based law firm who are seeking a paralegal to join their real estate and infrastructure team. You will specialise in several key areas from infrastructure agreements and utility easements relating to new developments for a number of key clients, to wayleave agreements and substation transfers. The successful candidate will be required to attend the office three days a week and work remotely for the other two.
This exciting role will give you the opportunity to lead on the delivery of infrastructure agreements and utility easements including but not limited to: highways adoption/works agreements including s38 and 278 agreements, water adoption/closure agreements including s104 and s116 agreements and build over agreements.
A key aspect of the role will require you to provide direct support and assistance to a senior associate in the team specialising in infrastructure, whilst also contributing more widely to the team and its growth.
Applicants will have successfully completed a law degree or equivalent and will have gained significant experience within a similar role. Solid drafting skills are essential coupled with the ability to manage a complex and intricate caseload. First class organisational skills are paramount as well as the ability to work with minimum supervision.
