We are working with a dynamic and well-capitalised property investor with over 25 years’ experience across residential, industrial and commercial assets. They are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join the in-house legal team. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to manage a broad mix of residential and commercial property matters within a fast-paced and professional environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end property transactions (residential and commercial)
  • Conducting title checks, searches, and due diligence
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation
  • Handling post-completion matters, including registrations and SDLT
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Supporting senior stakeholders across the property function

Requirements:

  • UK qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE in conveyancing/property law
  • Strong experience managing a high-volume caseload
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be within commutable distance to SW11
