New role for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join a busy and growing Real Estate team in London. This is a great opportunity to work on a broad range of matters including residential sales and purchases, lease extensions (landlord & tenant), and wider property transactions, while supporting senior lawyers and managing your own caseload.
Role:
- Handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Reviewing title documents and drafting reports
- Managing Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions
- Supporting fee earners and assisting with complex transactions
- Maintaining strong client relationships and meeting key deadlines
Requirements:
