We’re working in partnership with a leading property management company based in London, currently looking to welcome an additional Customer Services Advisor to their busy and friendly team. In this hybrid role (2 days a week in the office), you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support across a wide range of queries. Whether it’s over the phone or via email, your goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently—ideally on the first interaction—while upholding the company’s strong customer-focused values. You’ll play a key part not just in day-to-day service delivery, but also in identifying opportunities for improvement by sharing ideas and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
