The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are working alongside a leading law firm based in Leeds and due to ongoing success, there is an urgent need to hire a property paralegal. The successful candidate will work in the Leeds office and support the property securitisation team on a hybrid basis.
Daily duties will include:
- Identifying titles
- Obtaining official copy entries and office copy documents from the Land Registry
- Undertaking title checks and other property due diligence
- Carrying out searches and obtaining items from Local Authorities and other third parties
- Carrying out pre-completion Land Registry searches and post-completion matters
Applicants will have completed a law degree or equivalent and ideally the LPC, however this is not a prerequisite. Previous paralegal experience, particularly in property law is highly desirable, however training will be provided. First class time management skills are essential coupled with the ability to manage a heavy workload.
