We are working with a leading City law firm seeking an Associate to join its established Competition team in London.
This is an opportunity to work on complex UK and international transactions, advising on merger control, competition aspects of M&A, foreign direct investment (FDI) and the UK National Security and Investment Act (NSIA).
We would be keen to hear from lawyers who have:
- Approximately 3-5 years' PQE in competition or antitrust law.
- Experience advising on merger control and corporate transactions.
- Exposure to FDI, NSIA or multijurisdictional regulatory filings.
- A background in a law firm competition practice.
We welcome approaches from UK, Irish, EU and other overseas-qualified lawyers, including those based in Dublin or Brussels who would consider relocating to London.
