The successful candidate will possess solid experience and knowledge of a broad range of company law and corporate matters and ideally be experienced in advising clients in any of the following areas:
- Start-ups
- Joint Ventures
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Private equity buy outs
- Capital markets work
- Banking
- Marketing & business development/networking
