We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Early Careers Assistant to join their team on a 12-month FTC basis.
Working as part of their collaborative team, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting recruitment and development programmes across Early Careers.
Responsibilities will include: Screening applications, scheduling interviews, and organising and collecting feedback.
Assisting with Early Careers events and programmes, coordinating room bookings and event logistics.
Managing candidate administration including referencing and right to work checks; generating offer paperwork.
Building and maintaining relationships with universities and law societies.
Managing onboarding processes for new joiners.
Attending law fairs and recruitment events.
Maintaining the future trainee database, administering the payment of law school fees, and managing the onboarding process for trainee solicitors.
Monitoring trainee development, tracking training entries, and preparing reports.
Coordinating future trainee networking events.
Drafting trainee related correspondence and issuing reference letters and salary amendments.
Supporting induction and onboarding for the Solicitors Apprenticeship Programme.
