Real Estate Paralegal in Cardiff

We are working with a highly regarded Cardiff based law firm who are seeking a paralegal to join their Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be required to attend the Cardiff office five days per week and work across a number of key areas of property work, acting mainly for Welsh registered social landlords.

You will support partners working on a wide variety of property transactions with a broad range of clients from registered providers of social housing and care homes, through to private developers, acting on sites and developments from a handful of units to thousands to portfolio and street property acquisitions and disposals.

Daily duties will include reviewing and reporting on title documentation, completion of land transaction land tax (LTT) returns, land registration formalities as well as assisting with the day-to-day administration of files. You will also be required to deal with general enquires, chase paperwork as well as organise and maintain tidy and accurate files both in hard copy and electronically

Applicants will have successfully completed a law degree or equivalent and will have gained previous experience working as a paralegal, preferably within a property/real estate department. Familiarity with registered social landlords is highly advantageous. First class organisations skills are paramount coupled with the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
